My Nikon Coolpix S8200 Doesn`t Turn On..

I pressed the on/off button and it didnt start. If i put in to change it does not give any sign of charging. The battery is full as a never leave it uncharged. Can you help my or give an idea what might have happened?

Greetings. The camera may be having a mechanical defect that requires service. Some DIY here
