What Is The Process To Cancel My Ning Account?

Firstly, you must log into Ning and then leave each network you are a member of (go to My Settings for each network and choose 'leave' - it's down the bottom).

Then you go to the support ticket area - On the login page for the main Ning site, go down to 'resources', then 'Help', then click 'contact us'. Select the dropdowns to create the 'deactivate my account' ticket and submit it (dropdown selections seem to be: 

- I have a question about a network I am a member of
- I specifically want to know about a general question
- Select 'disabling my account' under 'managing my account'
- No need to say how you feel
- Select www.ning.com as the reference network
- Leave a suitably pithy question in the main text area.
- Submit
