Kvm Switch To Connect My Pc And Switch Game Console.

I am searching for a KVM switch that will connect both my work PC and PS5 to my desktop monitor and I found this https://www.avaccess.com/products/4ksw21-dm/ which is affordable to me. The only thing is that my PC has only one HDMI port and is used for other purposes and I am wondering if this kind of HDMI KVM switch would work if I use DP to HDMI cable to connect. Will that cause extra trouble like some incompatibiltyA311;Sometimes adapters cause problems. Not sure about this one.

Each computer / laptop needs 2 video connections to correspondent HDMI A and DP B port on the KVM switch using the standard HDMI 2.0 cables and DP cables included. Reliable adapter are needed but not included for DVI, VGA, USB Type C video outputs.
