Whining Noise Upon Startup
1996 Nissan Maxima MGS 3.0 6cyl. Every time I start veheicle it'll whine for about five minutes, and it will do it again at stop signs and red lights (depending on lenght of time of being idle ) also when the a/c is turned on.
