when someone calls me on my phone they cant haer me i can but they don't

Try to record something using Voice recorder. If even there is no sound recorded, your microphone is defect a need to be replaced. You have to bring phone to service center.

If recorder works, try to reset phone to factory default, or update firmware. You will loose all your data, so make backup first.

Or you can use headset, wired, or bluetooth.
