Touch Screen Not Working Properly. Key Guard Automatically Locked.

my handset frequently locked automatically , unlock is very difficult the unlock not releasing more over if touching the screen at a particular section another file open . it struggle me for using an emergency call . any hardware unlock is available ,hanging is very difficult so please replace my mobile by another nokia mobile because its cost is around 8000 rupees
