Upper Fans Stuck On

Just started doing this. The upper fans are stuck on even after turning off and unplugging overnight. How do I reset this?

If the machine is still under warranty then you should ask Nordictrack to make a service visit and carry out the checks and any repairs, rather than risk invalidating the warranty by doing this yourself.
