Display Wont Come On At All On Norditrack C950i

I just purchased this treadmill and used it 3 times. I was trying to connect the bluetooth and getting error message saying my wifi was not on but I'm sue it is. There was no light at the bluetooth button. Should there have been a light a the bluetooth button? After trying to connect 3 times the whole display went dark,no lights at all. I unplugged it, tried to reset it, nothing worked. When I first plug it back in the fan will run really fast for a few seconds the nothing. Any suggestions?
