Tight Pedals

I just bought it, assembled it according to instructions, but the pedals don't seem to be moving easily? Did I do something wrong

Hi! I cannot say if you did anything wrong as you did not give a step-by-step. However, there should be an adjuster menu on the console to adjust the resistance of the pedals.
