My Resistance On My R400 Bike Keeps Slipping. What Can I Do?

My bike r400 keeps slipping when i try to pedel it.

This is usually caused by either a slipping drive belt or a broken front roller/drive pulley. Lower cover must be removed to tighten the drive belt. There are 4 screws located on the bottom of the unit that will release the cover.
