Order On Hold - Why
Good Day, I placed order number 44YAP on June 14th 2012 but when I checked on-line, since June 19th, the status appears as "On Hold". Please advise why? I have been trying since then to contact the toll free number for Customer Service but the call keeps dropping. Please assist me URGENTLY!
