Warning Led Flashes Twice , And Ther Is No Papaer Jam Or Low Toner.

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.

The blinking light is a generic alarm light - it will flash for any hardware issue that happens, including low toner, no paper, paper jam, replace drum, etc... . There is a program called status monitor that comes on the disk that needs to be installed that will pop up to let you know why the light is on. The status monitor may already be installed. I recommend you open the programs or all programs folder to check if you already have it installed. If not, install it from the installation CD. It will also only operate in a windows operating system. It also may depend on what operating system you are using. You can also give us a call at 1-800-Okidata for more interactive support.
