My Printer Won't Print It Says Error.it Says A Document Stuck In Pending Mode

My printer doesn't print it can't even print out a test page. I have the Okie b4600 printer so I have the USB to the back of the printer hooked up to the monitor of the computer have a two-in-one computer but it's not picking it up I don't know what else to do I troubleshoot I can't figure it out
