C9300 Consistently Prints A 1' Multicolored Stripe Down Back-side Of Paper.

A matching stripe is visible on the transfer belt. Is there a wiper-blade that removes residual toner from the transfer belt, and if so, can it be inspected? If not, will replacing the $400 transfer belt correct the problem?

Reason: Damaged image drum cartridge causes repetitive marks due to surface nicks and scratches.

Solution: Install new image drum cartridge for the color of the marks.

Thanks for you input lovehelps, but if it was the image drum, wouldn't the marks be on the printed side of the paper?

In this case, the printed side is fine, but the back of the paper, (the unprinted side) that's picking the dirty stripe. I'm thinking it must be the transfer belt since I can see similar residue on the belt. I wonder if its possible the wiper blade inside the waste disposal tray is bad or maybe just cleaned. The problem is the waste toner tray seems to be sealed into the transfer belt assembly.
