Power Supply Problem,or Computer ?
i have a 2001 ,4 cyl,auto, olds alero with 87,000 km. some times it wont start.first i tested fuel pump. its fine. then i checked relays under hood. all seem good. tested for power at same relay box. found that some fuse conections were getting full twelve volts but the fuses directly below the fuel pump relay (#18) was only getting like 6 volts. not enough to power fuel pump.then all of a sudden it got full power and car starts. when sitting in car i can put the signal switch to left or right and if the voltage is low the signal lights wont light up on dash and the car wont start, but as soon as the signals start to light up the car seems to start.very puzzling.im not sure if im looking for a bad wire in under hood fuse panel or computer issues.your thoughts
