Blue And Orange Lights Not Working

How do I reset them. They are no longer coming on. Battery seems fine.

Either one or more batteries or their installation is faulty--or the machine is defective. Check the battery installation as described at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1025050/Omron-Bp652.html?page=11&term=battery+installation&selected=1."Battery seems fine." I hope you meant "batteries." Even so, I don't know what you mean by "seems fine." A battery tester is inexpensive and well worth the price.
