Switching The Monitor From Metric To Standard Measurements.

My monitor is not allowing me to switch from metric to standard measurements. How can I switch this

It's not clear whether you have already attempted to follow the manual instructions (which are on https://www.manualslib.com/manual/115034/Omron-Hbf-306c.html?page=13#manual). If you have but have been unsuccessful, it's possible your unit is defective.
