Your Right to Cancel the Services at any Time. This Agreement applies from the date of your acceptance until the Services are cancelled or terminated by You or us as permitted in this Agreement. You may cancel the Services at any time. To cancel the Services, you may call us at 1-888-4-OnStar or you may press the blue OnStar button in your vehicle and inform the advisor that You want to cancel the Service.. The OnStar Basic Plan is available for 5 years from the date of delivery of an eligible, new 2015 Model Year vehicle and is transferable; includes OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, Dealer Maintenance Notification, and access to RemoteLink Key Fob Services.

OnStar is a subscription-based service, with no contract. We offer monthly or annual subscriptions. Regardless of the length of subscription you choose, you are free to modify or cancel your account at any time, and will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
