I Was Supposed To Get Info As To How To Use Onstar Sent To My E-mail And I Haven

I was supposed to get info as to how to use OnStar sent to my e-mail and I haven't received it. The customer service rep that set up my account was terrible. The car dealership said she was the worst person they ever dealt with. I can't use the product until I get this information. Please send to my e-mail ASAP. Thank you.
