Onkyo Tx 636
my new sony 4k will not recognize my 636 even following the setup exactly like the manual says. hdmi from tv to 636 hdmi and cable box to cable on 636???? what am i missing on this setup. Thanks

I believe the cable should go to the tv & then tv to receiver.
