Optoma 100 Dmd Chip

Hi I'm from Spain and I'm not able to call to the tech support as you answer. How can I know which model or reference number is my DMD chip? I have the famous "white dots" error and I want to replace it because my guarantee doesn't cover this " really common" error. Can you help me? Thanks in advance Ekaitz
