Oster Pro 1200
I just purchased an Oster Pro 1200 with Smoothie Cup and Food Processor attachments. There was a single page users manual, but no instructions with regard to how to assemble the food processor. I have tried every possible combination to figure how the assembly of the blade and stem reach the motor. I have also searched all over the internet, including your site to find a manual that illustrates and describes, the components and how to use. I'm not sure... Perhaps I didn't get all the correct parts for this unit. What's also very frustrating is that Oster doesn't seem to have a Customer Service number to call for help. Sending an email to get help is just wrong. They need to have a real person you can speak to.So, please, let me know what I need in order to use this product or I'm returning it. I look forward to hearing from you soon... Richard
