How To Return Duplicated Merchandise
I reported that merchandise was not delivered. Later reported that it had been found at a neighbor's house. I was told that the "trace" had been cancelled. Further contact (phone) was follow-up, at which time i verified my adress correction (wrong house #). Now I have received another curtain panel. After cancelling the order a while ago.
