Mortgage Research.

My name is Colleen Jais, My company is Cemo Title Services LLC and I am trying to find the email or fax number for PNC Bank research department. We are trying to clear title for a real estate purchase, and the title came back stating that there is a mortgage from 2004 that was still showing as open. The mortgage was in pre-foreclosure and was with First Franklin Financial Corp a subsidiary of National Bank of Indiana. PNC Bank and National City Bank merged in 2009. I need the PNC contact information for the research department that could look into this and verify that the mortgage was satisfied.
