How Do I Program A Pause Into A Phone Number?

The maunual mentions the pause feature on pages 25 and 31. It says when programming numbers on a PBX system or long distance service, use the [PAUSE] button. I can't find the [PAUSE] button on the Controls Listing page. So how do I actuate the [PAUSE] function?
