Refund Request
I ordered a phone and received it, but it did not work so I returned it. I received a Service Authorization Work Order with work order# being 47-725202-00 on Jan 17 2011, Model #KXTG6051M Serial # 7ABXA021176. I tried faxing at the fax number with no success. I do not want the phone. I would like a refund of 64.99 because I have since purchased a panasonic phone from another source. So can someone at least respond back to let me know where I'm at with this problem. Thank you
