Starting Up Problems
We bought in SAMS USA a Panasonic Blue Ray Disc Home Theater SA-BT 230 in Nov 2010 and brought it Home to Venezuela. In May 2011 the equipment did not turned on and never did. We took it to a Panasonic Auorized Shop in Valencia Venezuela but they could not held the guarantee. They Also said that the problem could be the card. We took it to SAMS in Atlanta in Nov 2011but they said that they could not make any exchange due to time of purchasing. What can we do to jet the mother card (i dont really know if that is the correct problem or the name of the part. Can any of you help us at all ? My name is Emilio A Granella.
