How Do You Set The Time Zone - Or What?

The Banner that apperas at the top of the TV after you push the "info" button on the remote is off by 3 hours.It is suppose to show the current program you are watching, and the time period it is on.It does display the correct programming, except it shows it as 3 hrs from now.It does this on all the channels.We just purchased the TV, and I talked to 3 different Panasonic tech support people, and they didn't know.
