Panasonic Strada Cn-hw880d
Car navigation station CN-HW880D imported from Japan. What consumption of current is normal for this device in calm postion, when car is not being used? I measured on my one - it's about 25-28 mA. Is it not correct installation or is it normal for this device? And how can I reduce current consumption - should I disconnect GPS antenna from device (GPS is not being used on this car), or maybe there could be other ways to reduce current consumption?

I suggest you locate the fuse to the unit & remove-it. If the fuse has other functions pull the wiring harness that powers the Nav system.
