You sign on to your PayPal account.  Then at the top of the page you have options like:  Add Funds, Withdraw, History, Etc.  Go to profile and a drop down window gives you the option of "Add or Edit Credit Card".  Click on it and enter your new card information.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside Debit and credit cards.
  5. Select the credit card to remove and click Remove.

Then add the new one.
