Paypal Will Not Accept My Payment For Item That I Would Like To Purchase On Ebay
Why I am not allowed to continue my purchases on ebay? I have a valid master card paypal account and I am no longer able to make further purchases Why not?

You need to ask PayPal. Phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
