Prepaid Debit Card
i have used a prepaid debit card in ebay thru paypal last 5 yrs now told paypal doesnt use it mastercharge never had problem before why now

Only PayPal can tell you why it's stopped accepting your debit card. Getting phone support can sometimes be a hassle. Here's the quickest way:
- Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in:
www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone. - Upon phoning the number on that page, do not try to respond intelligently to the robot, but instead say the word SPOOF, repeatedly if necessary.
