I Have Received 2 Emails Saying That My Payments Have Been Made To Two Differen

I have received 2 emails that say I have paid two people through my paypal account.  As far as I know I do not have a paypal account.  Is there some scam going on that you know of.

There are about 2,459 scams involving PayPal. Delete it.
