Where Is My Refund For Receipt No. As Requested?
After three (3) attempts (including a telephone call PayPal and writing to the vendor), I have only received the "run-around" and/or no help at all. I merely want my money back as the produce delivered was not as advertised.

Your purchase is covered by PayPal. You should open a dispute by logging into http://paypal.com and click on Resolution Center, then follow the steps.

If neither the seller nor PayPal will accommodate you, you need to dispute the charge with your bank, or complain to the government consumer agency for the state where the seller does business.
