Paypal Will Not Accept The Shipping Amount On A Laptop Computer I Am Purchasing

when i try to add the shipping charges that has been given to me by the seller to be paid with my credit card in paypal, it shows the correct total including the shipping in the invoice charges but when i confirm payment it drops the shipping charges and only shows the item price.  How can I get it to accept and pay the shipping charges also to lilymyth, the seller?
