Refund Of Cancelled Bank Transfer

Hi I set up a bank transfer to my payza account, but next day cancelled it. The money had already been taken from my bank account and I presumed it would be returned to my bank account. I have waited the required amount of days for the money to appear in my payza account which it didn't and I waited again for it to be returned to my bank account which again it didn't! I would like to know how long I will have to wait for the money to be returned, I have been reading some very worrying stories on the internet about money not being returned at all, I cannot afford to lose £120, I need it back! Any help would be great fully received, I have now submitted a ticket to payza 3 times and no response! Thank you.

Please submit only ONE customer support ticket for your problem.

WHY?

When you submit a ticket, your inquiry is put in line and moves forward until a customer support agent can answer and solve your problem. When you submit another ticket for the same problem, you "reset" your place in line and this will cause delays in solving your problem.
