Where Is My Manual?

Many months ago I sent an email requesting a Synchrotronlc 1229 manual. I was told you would send one in the mail, but it would be a couple of months before it would be sent out and I got it. I said that would be all right, so I left my name and address with you. As of this date I have not received it? After waiting 12 months I think I should have got it by now. Is it still in the mail, or has it got lost?Thank you for looking into this for me.Vivienne Shay
