Bobbin Issue

Hi I'm using Pfaff bobbins in my Pfaff hobby 1122. no issue until today.. When I insert the bobbin and put the clear plastic lid on it's as if the bobbin is to big and it will not turn at all.Before all this occurred this occurred the stitches were looping badly on the use side of the fabric.hope someone can help please ?

This issue is caused by your bobbin tension so make sure you have the correct bobbin. Try reinserting the bobbin into the bobbin case and then put your finger on the bobbin so it cannot move then when you pull the thread into the tension on the bobbin case the thread will be pulled firmly into the tension on the bobbin case. This should resolve that issue.
