Picture Issues

had tv for about three months now. love it. turned it on the other day and about 3 inches of the right side of the screen is black and the picture on the rest of the tv is really bad almost like its missing some of the colours and looks very snowy. tried getting updated file from website. followed instructions for updating tv and when i turn it on it doesnt seem to even be trying to read the usb stick. tried another formated stick, same thing. the screen does the same thing no matter what the settings are or what input you're trying to watch. please help. thanks.
