No Picture When Turning On Tv
Hello, I have a philips 32HFL4462F. When turning on the tv today there was no picture, just sound. I cannot access any menus, everything is dark but the sound is fine. The tv is less than a year old, is there anyway to manually reset to factory defaults?.. or any other suggestions?.. Thanks!
