Philips 42pfl5603d Part Of Display Delays Video

Hope somebody can guide me a bit. I've the 42PFL5603D/12 TV, but by playing a DVD (don't have cable connection) after a random time, approximately 10 inches of the right sight of the screen is displaying the movie with a delay. So only this part of the screen shows the movie with a delay and fades away and the new part comes up and so on. Can one of you guys help me out? Would it be the Backlight controller board or the Main Tuner PCB? I hardly doubt it that it will be the Power PCB. Does anyone have the right solution? Thanks a lot! Jan
