Can I Put In A 4gb Smart Card To This 7ff1cme

Actually two questions:First, the switch on the back does not work properly. That said, the green light sometimes turns on but sometimes does not. When I'm able to turn it on, it works fine, but if the green light does not go on, no pictures are showing, really depends how lucky I'm to turn on the switch. And also, question two, can I put a fully loaded 4GB smart card into this digital frame, will it take forever to read the photos? Thanks so much!
