I CANNOT OPEN THE FUNCTIONS MENU ON MY VOICE RECORDER------THE CD INSTALLATION SHOWS AN HP PROGRAM INSTALLING BUT THE PHILIPS VOICE RECORDER AND PLAYER INSTALLED------MY USB CONNECTION WILL NOT RECOGNISE THE DEVICE CONNECTED IN DEVICE MANAGE SECTION------I HAVE LOST THE USERS GUIDE AND MANUALS DO NOT SEEM AVALIABLLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY MORE------THE PORODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON MARKET SALES---COULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME DETAILS HOW TO OVERCOME THIS AND RESET OR REBOOT
