I Cannot Record Or Play Back With Recorder Model Lfh9370
When I slide the on switch, the screen is blank. Batteries are new. Not able to record or play back. When I connect the recorder LFH9370 to the computer via USB cable, it shows on the recorder screen that device is connected to the computer. Once connected, I am able to view the audio files, copy and paste them, but cannot delete them off the recorder. Once connected, I am still not able to record or use any of the buttons on the recorder. Please advise me on what to do.Thanks,Sylvia

Try Cleaning the battery contacts from the recorder. however I still suggest that the problem might be with the battery. or call Philips customer care for help +1 8558400219
