Protect Audio Off
hello, I have a home cinema model MX5100VR and I can not to listening the audio because "protect audio off" is showed in the display. could you please tell me if is possible to know the solución? thanks in advanced. Fernando Navarro.

There's a speaker wiring problem, either a wire is connected to the wrong terminal or a loose connection.
