Account Has Been Suspended Without Due Cause

I am writing out of frustration due to the fact that I have not had access to my Pinterest account for since 12/11/2016 and when I reported this several times to Pinterest, my complaints have been ignored. Instead, I keep receiving emails from Pinterest asking me to rate their customer service to which I reply that it's bad and explain that the issue with me not having access to my account has NOT been addressed. I now have three complaint case numbers: #3170306, #3172284 and #3174880 and none of them have been addressed. To date, I have not received any explanation from Pinterest as to why my account has been suspended. I follow the rules and only re-pin from the pins Pinterest sends me.

Since your efforts have failed using their CS I suggest you contact Corporate by these means:

The privacy policy lists the address and phone number for Pinterest Corporate Office: 1-650-561-5407

Mailing Address

While a formal customer service mailing address is not something Pinterest offers website users, they do openly list the mailing address for the corporate office on the privacy policy.
