Delivery Time Guarantee

They said 1 hour delivery time it was a hour and a half time and they messed up on the pizza call back told them if they can remake pizza they not tonight but I can get one remain tomorrow I called today they can't tell me what manger I talked.to last night then I asked to talked to store manger and their they told me the couldn't tell me the name and their policy is to remake the pizza that day called this called around 12th it's almost been 3 hours and not a call back
