Why Will The Games Not Load For Daily And Weekly Challenges?

for weeks now i have tried to play the daily and weekly challenges...if not involved in the challenge, i can play the game, like boggle bash today..some of the games will not load at all, or i get a black game screen, like ride the tide, qwerty, etc...why this inconsistency?  i pay 40.00 a yr to earn the badges, and until recently could play any game on pogo...i have upgraded to IE 9, uninstalled and reinstalled java, cleared cookies, temp internet files, updated java and adobe flash, cleared the java caches...i want to play the games, or refund my membership fee
