You don't have to pay to play; you could try playing free, though that won't help if most of their games no longer work.  If you have already paid to play and can't access their games or are tired of the advertisements surrounding the new game formats despite the fact that you paid for additional games available only to Club Pogo members and the ability to play advertisement free, then follow these steps.  My advice if you are a free player is to find another game site to play on.  If you are a paying subscriber and do not feel that you are getting the service you paid for, contact Pogo and ask them to cancel your account and refund your money.  They will refuse, but you should try resolving the issue with them first.  Tell them you paid for a service in good faith that they are no longer providing and you want a refund.  If you paid within the past 30 days or past 60 days, contact your bank or credit card company and tell them that you are not getting what you paid for since most banks and credit card companies offer consumer protection for either 30 days or 60 days depending on the bank.  If you've tried those or it is past that length of time and you feel that you are being defrauded by EA/Pogo because you paid them for a service that they can no longer provide because their games no longer work, then file a formal complaint with the state attorney general, with the Better Business Bureau online, and with the FTC online, explaining how EA/Pogo defrauded you by accepting your money for a service that they can no longer provide to you and explain to them the steps that you took by contacting Pogo before filing your formal complaints.  Both the FTC and BBB allow you to file complaints online, and the FTC even accepts anonymous complaints.  While the FTC says they do not handle individual complaints, if enough customers who feel that they are being defrauded by EA/Pogo file formal complaints, the FTC can open an investigation.  If enough people who are being defrauded file complaints, maybe those agencies will get involved.  Good luck.
