Hello joanhouck2,

You can go to Pogo's Compatibility Scan page for a quick scan of your Operating System to see if there are any issues between your system and Pogo.

If, there does not appear to be no issues, you can try deleting cookies and cleaning out your internet cache, reboot your system and log back into Pogo to try playing the game again. If you can play then problem resolved, If not, then continue to the next step below.

And finally, if all else fails go back to the Compatibility Scan page and scroll to the bottom. You should see a Contact Us button to get further support, if available.
